This is a new matt floor excercise class combining Ballet Floor Barre, Pilates, Yoga and Qi Gong… a series of slow and controlled exercises centered on core strength.
Designed to strengthen, stretch and relax your body while protecting the joints and spine. Improves core and whole body strength,flexibility and posture,while stimulating your energy system for an invigorating,yet relaxing full body workout.
For all ages and abilities.
This class is held before my ballet class as they compliment each other perfectly.
