Gong Yoga is a specific type of yoga which uses the gong to bring the power of yoga to a higher experience. In this class we will use mainly use Kundalini Yoga techniques.
The sound of the gong will enhance and accelerate the techniques used to unblock, clean you from any unwanted energies and accelerate your personal growth. A relaxing yet powerful experience so it is important to be mentally prepared and drink lots of healthy liquids before and after the class.
Please bring a good blanket and your yoga mat if you like but basic yoga mats will be provided.
