Hatha yoga uses postures and conscious breathing to bring balance, strength, flexibility, mental focus, relaxation and a sense of well being to the practitioner. So be good to yourself and allow an hour to really be present, let go and truly experience the now.

Hatha flow Yoga uses movement and breath together to produce a “flow” of postures from one posture to the next.

 I started to practice yoga about 15 years ago and have never looked back, in fact I couldn’t imagine a life without it.

These lunchtime yoga sessions are not about tying yourself up in knots trying to achieve that perfect posture! Its about giving yourself an hour to really listen and tune in to your body, focus on the breath, and work with, not against, your body.

It doesn’t matter how flexible or inflexible you are. Where you are at right now is just fine.
I love seeing the amazement on students faces after even just a couple of sessions, when they notice an increase in flexibility or strength, plus feel great!
